About ITTC

ITTC is a division of BEET Language Center. The BEET language center was formed in 1979. This center is known for its strong teaching methods in the English language to foreign nationals. The teachers are updated with present-day teaching methods and course curriculums designed for varying levels of students. They know what is best for their learners. This is one of the English schools in England that provides a highly tailored learning experience for students. The center has a multimedia resource center which can be accessed by students free of charge, to help them gain more insight into the language and stay in touch with friends and family. The center also offers internet, email, language labs, library, and canteen with low cost meals making ITTC a superb choice for students.

The courses

Three teacher training courses are on offer at this center, which is not the case at all English schools in England. These are:

· CELTA (The Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults)
Course duration: 4 weeks.

This course can be taken up by anyone above 18 years of age and it aims to train people with little or no experience in the teaching of English as a foreign language to adults. Anyone above 18 years is eligible. The applicant should have excellent level of written and oral English skills.

· DELTA (The Cambridge Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults)
Course duration: 9 weeks

This course aims to provide specialized training to people who already have a sound experience in teaching English for adults. One should have a minimum two years if experience in teaching English and should be above 21 years of age.

· Comenius Refresher Courses for Teachers of English
Course duration: 2 to 4 weeks

Lessons: 20x45 minutes per week + individual work in the afternoon

This course aims to teach students whose mother tongue is not English. One should be above 18 years to enroll into this course and should have a English level equal to the requirements of the Cambridge First Certificate (FCE) or IELTS 6 pts.
